How to Prepare for a QHHT Session
Your intention to having a great session is key! Once you have made the decision to have a QHHT session, already your Higher Self is preparing and getting ready to have a wonderful conversation with you. Your conscious self needs to be reminded that it will be taking a back seat in this experience. Start repeating to yourself several times a day that "I connect to my Higher Self easily". (Note: not that you will but that you DO!)
Prepare a list of questions you would like to get answers for and any health issues or concerns that you have. As your facilitator I ask that you write them down neatly on paper or print it out and hand it to me at our appointment. There is no need to send me the questions beforehand. If you have a long list of questions and concerns, please put them in order of importance. Our goal is to get every question answered but we work with an approximately two hours window where you are hypnotized. In that time frame we are inducing you, exploring past lives, accessing your Higher Self to answer questions and provide healing then bringing you out. What kind of questions? The general rule is to ask personal questions or keep topics related to your personal life. Here are a few examples:
As your facilitator I have my own prepared list of “standard” questions I can ask if you are focused upon only one or two issues, so don’t worry if you have a short list. If you meditate, do so the night before and the morning or day of your appointment to help clear your mind. If you don’t meditate, then do something that puts you in a calm place like taking a walk or listening to some soothing music. Don’t drink alcoholic beverages the night before and on the day of your session. Eliminate or limit your use of caffeine on the day of your session. If you are a regular morning coffee drinker, please don’t skip your coffee but go easy and keep it to a minimum before your session. Please eat well but light before you come in, wear comfortable clothing and do not put on any perfume or strongly-scented essential oils on the day. As much as possible, clear your day for the session. We begin by talking, allowing me to get to know you and the important events/people in your life, going over the process as well as your questions. Then you get comfortable and relaxed and we begin the actual hypnotic regression. Afterwards, we go over what was experienced and I make sure you are awake and grounded. This entire process takes around 4 to 6 hours in total, and occasionally even a bit longer. It is generally not a good idea to have additional appointments after your regression, or activities that require a great deal of concentration. You should take it easy. Having a regression is very much like participating in a long, very detailed and involved daydream. You will feel as if you have just returned from an amazing journey, having visited other worlds and lifetimes and in fact you will have done just exactly that! It is best to have some time to process your experience and give yourself an opportunity to fully return to your regular conscious day-to-day reality before attempting any complex mental tasks or strenuous physical activity. The hypnosis portion of the session will be digitally recorded. After you leave I will review the sound file and send you a link to your selected email address to download the file. Please download your file as soon as you receive the link and make a back up copy. Listening repeatedly to your session recording in the days and weeks and even months ahead is an important part of the experience of a Dolores Cannon method of QHHT. Even if your conscious mind remembers the session immediately afterwards, it can, just as some dreams can, begin to fade from your memory even if you had an “unforgettable” experience. Also, any healing or life improvement suggestions can and will be reinforced by listening repeatedly to the audio.The goal is to have your conscious mind “get on board” and align with your Higher Self and its goals, and accept any changes or healing you intend to occur. Your session is a private session. Even though your spouse/partner/friend wants to be with you to witness this amazing event, it is a place where you need to feel completely safe that your confidentiality in all matters is observed. Because of this, no one else is allowed in your session. You may share your recording or any memories or thoughts later at your discretion. Time and again I have personally witnessed profound physical and emotional healing, and watched as clients’ struggles were made understandable they dissipated and the clients moved on in their life in a much happier and healthier way. My intention is to assist you to receive the information you seek so that you can have a very happy and focused life. 如何為療程作出準備
催眠是否有好的效果,關鍵在於你本人的意欲。 在你決定接受量子療癒催眠的一刻,你的高我已開始作出準備,與你來一次精彩的對話。你的意識部份亦要有所準備,在催眠期間暫時退下。此外,每天要多次對自己這樣說:「我很容易跟高我溝通」(注意:是現在式而並非將來式!)。
另外,你要列出你想問的問題,及你擔心的身體病痛或其他健康問題。作為療程的協通者,我請你把這些問題清楚地寫出來或打印出來,在我們見面時交給我 -- 毋須預先給我。 如果你有很多問題和疑慮,請你按重要性排列。我們的目標是回答你的所有問題,但每次療程時間有限,我們只能在你於催眠狀態下的大約兩小時內進行治療。在那段時間內,我會引導你探索前世,接觸高我,尋找答案和接受療癒,然後把你帶回目前。 至於可以問什麼問題呢?一般而言是與自己個人有關的問題,以下是一些例子:
如果你只有寥寥幾條問題,也不用擔心,因為我會預備一些「標準」問題。 如果你有打坐/靜心的習慣,請你在療程前一晚和當日的早上進行,讓思想放空。如果你沒有這種習慣,則請你在早上做一些讓自己平靜放鬆的活動,如散步或聽輕音樂等。 進行療程當天和前一晚切忌飲酒。同時,當天盡量不喝或少喝咖啡茶。如果你每天早上都有喝咖啡的習慣,少喝即可,毋須滴不沾唇。 另外,療程前請先吃飽但不要過飽。當天請穿著舒適的衣服,並且不要塗抹香水或氣味濃烈的精油。 可以的話,當天不要安排其他節目。療程會以談話開始,讓我對你和你生命中重要的人物、經歷有所認識,我也會講解治療的整個過程,及看看你預備好的問題。接著,隨着你慢慢放鬆,對周圍環境感到舒服,我們便會正式開始回溯催眠。之後我們會回顧剛才的經歷,我會確保你回復清醒,完全實在的回到現狀。整個過程維時四至六小時,間中甚至會更長。 一般而言,最好不要在療程後安排其他約會,或進行一些需要特別集中精神的活動,要盡量讓自己放鬆。 接受回溯催眠就好像在發一場很長、很多細節、令你全情投入的白日夢一樣。之後的感覺,就像剛完成一段奇妙旅程;在旅程中,你彷彿探尋過其他世界以及不同的前生,而事實正是如此。因此,最好給自己一點時間去消化箇中經歷,不要急着做一些需要很費神或很大體力勞動的事情,讓自己有機會完完全全回到日常生活當中。 在催眠狀態下的療程部份會被錄下來。在你離開之後,我會重溫聲帶並確保錄音質素,然後把聲帶檔案傳送至你指定的電郵。你收到後請立即下載並備份。 在療程之後的幾天、幾星期甚至幾個月內不停重複收聽療程的聲帶,是侃南回溯催眠治療法中非常重要的一部份。即使你的意識,在療程後能夠清楚記得當中細節,但回溯的經歷就如夢境一樣,不論是如何難忘的經歷和回憶,隨着時間的過去,也會漸漸被淡忘。 此外,重複收聽聲帶更有助加強療程的效果。療程最終的目標,是令你的意識與高我站在同一陣線,支持高我的目標,接受你有意作出的改變或得到的治療。 治療過程是非常私人的;我有責任為你提供一個絕對安全的環境,讓你的私隱受到百分百保護。因此,即使你的配偶/伴侶/朋友想與你一起見證這個奇妙經歷,也恕不能作出任何安排。然而,如果你想與任何人分享你的經歷或治療過程的聲帶,則悉隨尊便。 我一次又一次地在親身見證客戶在療程後身體及情緖上的問題得到顯著的療癒;也見證了當客戶明白了事情發生的因由之後,相關的問題和煩惱便隨之而消逝,讓他們更健康、愉快地繼續踏上人生旅程。我的目標是協助你找到想探求的答案和資料,從而令你有一個目標清晰的愉快人生。如果你對療程還有其他問題,歡迎隨時與我聯絡。 最後,假如我有緣為你服務,我希望我們在療程後繼續保持聯絡,讓我知道療程對你的人生有什麼影響;歡迎隨時發送電郵或留訊息給我。謝謝! |
